  • Temperature Control: All cottages are equipped with individual heat convectors.
  • Airline Schedule: Airline information may be obtained by contacting the Reception or GRE who will gladly assist you with your inquiry.
  • Airline Ticket Information: The Reception will be pleased to reconfirm your onward flight arrangements.
  • Airport Transfers: The Reception will gladly make arrangements for transfers. Please contact the Reception for information and reservations.
  • Adapters and Chargers: Multi-adapters for different electrical plugs are available. Charger for Mobile Phone is also available. Kindly call the Reception for assistance.
  • Baby Sitting: Should you require a baby sitter, our housekeeper will be happy to make arrangements for you. Please convey your request at least 24 hrs. in advance.
  • Baggage: For baggage collection or storage, please contact the Reception.
  • Banquet Facilities: For special catering requirements, business and social receptions, our Banquet staff will be happy to assist you with the necessary arrangements.
  • Library: These are available at the library at the Scholar Hall of the Retreat.
  • Car Rental: The Travel Counter shall be glad to make arrangements for your transportation needs for sight seeing, etc. Kindly inform the Reception prior and collect the Reservation Slip.
  • Check out Time: Check out time is 11 AM. However, should you wish to checkout after this time, please contact the Reception. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Late check out is subject to room availability.
  • Travellers Cheques: Exchange Services for Travellers Cheques are available at the Cashiers Desk and the lobby. Personal cheques are not accepted.
  • Travel Desk: The Travel Counter or the Front Office will be glad to assist with all local information, reservations, travel arrangements, bell and parking services.
  • Credit Cards: We accept all major international and local credit cards. For further details, please contact the Cashier's Desk.
  • Doctor on Call: Kindly call the Reception.
  • Purified Drinking Water: For your convenience, one bottle of Mineral Water is placed in our room by your bedside.
  • Water: 24 hrs. running hot and cold water in your bathroom through individual Geysers.
  • Film Processing: Please contact the Reception.
  • Souvenir Shop: Souvenir Shop is located inside the premises showcasing the finest ethnic handicrafts of Himachal and much more.
  • Laundry & Dry Cleaning Service: Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services are available from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00pm. For clothing collected after 10.00 am and requested the same day, 50% extra charge applies on Sundays and Holidays:
  • Hotel Reservations: We shall be pleased to provide you with information on your further Hotel Reservation.
  • Messages: Should your message light on the telephone glow please call the reception Desk.
  • Tea or Coffee: Complimentary Tea / Coffee in your room.
  • Newspapers: Newspapers are available at the reception of the resort in the lobby.
  • Parcel Service: The Housekeeping or room attendant will be happy to assist you with your wrapping and mailing needs.
  • Pets: We regret that pets are not allowed in the 'hotel premises."
  • Postage: Postage stamps may be obtained from the Cashier Desk.
  • Golf Cart: Golf cart is available for all guests for pickup & drop off from the reception and the entrance of the resort.
  • Jungal Trail/Joggers Trail: A walking trail in the jungle not only brings the beauty of the wilds alive but gives you a view of the animals in their natural habitat.

  • Rooms: All rooms have the facility of the lounge having excellent view of the mountains.

  • Recreation/Games: Pool, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Basketball & Badminton courts are available for all.

  • DVD Library: DVD player with 3 DVD ‘s are available for ` 250 per day. For your entertainment, there is a massive collection of DVD movies without charge. A nominal charge of Rs. 100 per day, however, applies on the player.

  • Wheel Chairs: If you require the help of wheel chair, kindly contact house-keeping. Walking sticks are also available.

  • Skating Rollers: Roller Skates are available with the facility manager.

  • Golf: Play & Practice golf at the resort and the equipment is available with the facility manager & if you are keen to play at a regular golf course then kindly inform well in advance for making the suitable arrangements at at the historic Naldehra Golf Course.

  • Power Supply with Adaptors and Multi chargers: The local electrical current is 220 volts. The Reception can assist with the provision of transformers and adaptors.

  • Safe Deposit Box: We advise you to deposit your cash and valuables in the Safe Deposit Boxes available at the Cashiers Desk in the Admin. Office.

  • Secretarial service: Please contact the Reception.

  • Shoe Shine service: For your convenience, complimentary shoeshine service is provided. Please call House Keeping for collection.

  • Wake Up Calls: Please place your Wake up Call with the Hotel Operator. Alternatively, you may set your own Wake-up Call. please refer to the Telephone Service Section of this directory for assistance.

  • Worship: Our Reception can provide You with details on places and timings of worship in nearby temples.

  • Telephone with STD &. ISD Service Round the Clock: Contact the Reception to activate STD/ISD in key telephone system.

  • Visitors / Guests: In the interest of hotel security, unregistered visitors in the guest rooms from 10.00 pm onwards are requested to register at the Reception Desk.

  • Security: Security personnel are on duty 24hrs a day. We advise you to make use of the room door security bolt, before retiring. For your security, all visitors in the room from 10.00pm onwards are requested to register at the Reception Desk: We also advise you to please use our Safe Deposit Boxes which are available free of charge at the Cashiers desk at the Lobby Level.

  • Cable TV*: Colour T.V. with 24 hrs. Satellite hookup channels especially for your kids.

  • Packages**: If your family planning a holiday or you are planning a business conference to this fabulous place, then a package including our specially designed seven seater luxury coach with all modern amenities like microwave, Fridge, T.V. with DVD Player, Comfortable Sofa-cum-bed etc. is all set to cater to your requirements.
